The HIAS Journal (ISSN 0967- 3474) is a yearly publication, now in its ninth year. The contributions cover a wide range of subjects, dealing principally with Hampshire's Industrial Archaeology.

It was announced at the 2006 Annual Conference of the Association for Industrial Archaeology, held in Douglas on the Isle of Man that The Hampshire Industrial Archaeology Society Journal had won the coveted award for the ‘Best Journal produced on a regular basis’. The editor of the journal Dr Martin Gregory said “this was a team effort and I am delighted for the society to win this award”.
